  1. Totally agree with you Vishwa. My observation is that remote working isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. Even though it offers number of benefits for individuals and companies, there are certain jobs and situations where it's simply not feasible such as manufacturing, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and customer service etc.

    Besides individually, not everyone succeeds in a remote work environment. Some employees require the structure and social interaction that comes with working in an office environment to perform well and they might struggle to cope with remote working.
